Are you a young photographer or visual storyteller passionate about people and nature?

Another great initiative from the folks at UNESCO. UNESCO are inviting young creators (18 - 35) to submit mobile photos or short videos capturing how communities and ecosystems coexist in our Biosphere reserves.

From 5 March to 31 May 2026, UNESCO and @vivo_global invites young creators aged 18–35 to submit mobile photos or short videos capturing how communities and ecosystems coexist in one of the 784 UNESCO Biosphere Reserves around the globe.

Your story could highlight:
🌱 Biodiversity conservation
🌍 Climate adaptation
🧭 Cultural traditions
💡 Sustainable innovation
...ideally, a mix of two or more of these categories!

Selected participants will receive:
• Awards and global recognition
• An in-depth visual storytelling training camp
• Professional equipment to support their work

📅 Submissions close: 31 May 2026
