Primary School Nature Series 2

Following on from the success of previous webinars we are delighted to offer this Nature series tailored specifically for the primary school age group and are most suited to students from 3rd to 6th class. The webinars are scheduled for 9.30 am every Thursday in May beginning May 6th.

Kerry UNESCO Biosphere Reserve now active

Kerry UNESCO Biosphere Reserve now active.  Reeks European Innovation project tackling the spread of rhododendron.

Kerry is home to one of only two UNESCO designated Biosphere Reserves in Ireland. The Kerry Biosphere Reserve is located in the heart of the Kingdom.

My Kerry Biosphere 2020’ Primary School calendar

As part of the ‘Our Planet, Your Biosphere’ autumn event series for 2020, primary school students from around Kerry were invited to take part in a calendar art competition.

The primary school calendar competition was launched on November 5th with a closing date for submission on the 20th of November.
